Had a great experience with this dealer. I usually stay away from dealerships but these guys treat you nice. This is probably the only dealership that displays all info and price of each vehicle on the window of each car so its not like other dealers that change prices on you on the spot. These guys were extremely helpful when my car was incapacitated
after business hours. They were extremely professional, drove me from the accident sit, to their shop, and then back to a place for me to sleep that night. They helped arrange everything with SGI, and were even willing to leg me get a ride with them the next day, back to my hometown 1.5 hours away.
As a female, I felt very comfortable in their shop. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.

Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
