I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. The BMW I purchased is an excellent vehicle , the transaction was quick and easy, all details were taken care of and the price was outstanding. Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

the lady helping me was very helpful and informative. she explained the differences between the differences between each protein powder to make an informed decision on the one for me as well as the promotions going on. in all I was very satisfied with the customer service.
