He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. My twin boys love it. Most days Im lucky if I get a hug goodbye because they are just so excited to get in there. When I drop them off at 6am there is already educational activities and crafts out on the table and the boys just dive right in. The staff are lovely and the boys are always happy to see them.
