Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
