I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. I brought my two cats here while we had to be away for a couple of weeks. They were very helpful at explaining their process and resources so I felt very comfortable leaving them there. They had a large kennel together, so they didn't have to be separated. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up, though really missing our personal snuggles. Lire plus

Ive been going to this Dennys for a decade, so aside from staff who come and go, I know the key people, and of course that means I likely get more personalized service than would a newcomer. But a lot of locals patronize this diner regularly. It is super busy on weekends, so as Yogi Berra famously said, Oh, nobody goes there any more--its too crowded! When a restaurant is crowded, thats a good sign. People dont crowd into a restaurant whose atmosphere, food, and service is second rate. Lire plus
