These guys have some of if not best customer service I have experienced in Kamloops. I have order a few things lately on line and have unfortunately I needed to return a couple of items , the return process was flawless , and their instore attitude is fantastic. !!!!

After my husband passed away I had a number of difficult and upsetting problems with BMO not releasing our safety deposit box and some funds. Ms. Ashley Ricalton was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. She did get the safety deposit box and cash back without going to probate saving me a great deal of money. She has since helped me with my own estate planning so that my kids won't have to go through what I did.

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!

As we where looking for a new car, we had the pleasure working with Connor and Damian from Sales and Laura from Finance.
it was the best Car buying experience, the team helped us to find the perfect car for our little family and were great with our 2 year old trying to turn the dealer ship upside down.
All questions where answered professionally, with there in house sheet to assist finding the best car the team was able to show us cars we haven't thought about. looking forward to go back again.
