My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Had them do some insurance work on our trailer, while that portion was good, we had two new 30# propane tanks stolen off the trailer. Not blaming them bur perhaps some cameras would eliminate the thefts. They admitted it has happened previously as well. Seems like a pretty simple fix to an ongoing problem. Lire plus

The staff are all kind and friendly but staff member "Sharanjit G" has been an amazing person to talk with and get help upgrade my phone with She had the whole thing done in a record time for us, under an hour and was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend going to this store just to see HER enough!
