I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.

My car broke down last minute and they found me a great affordable car within minutes. We told them our budget and there wasn’t much wiggle room and they stuck to their word (and to the penny!)
