LOVE! with so many options for Chinese in Victoria, you can't go wrong with Sampan Express. If you are looking for table side service, linen, candle light, may be a bottle of wine.....etc.. this would NOT be the place for you . Their pre-Covid buffet was not huge, but the assortment was very very good and the quality was excellent and always fresh, being constantly renewed.
