I just did a beginner puppy class at the spruce grove location. The trainer was great. We got so much one on one time with her. She new where my dog struggled and slowed down to make sure my dog was getting it. For 130$ and 6 classes I couldn’t be more impressed! They love what they do and it shows!

Peter was very helpful when our furnace stopped working. No heat at 2am on a very cold(-20) night. He gave me instructions over the phone and heat was restored, however the heat exchanger has failed so we need a new one installed. Lots of air movement but heat was meager. Will get us through the time until heat exchanger can be replaced. THANK YOU PETER.

Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
