We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.

I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much

My 2 cats had stayed there a few yrs back and I couldn't have been more pleased. I had a bad experience with another cattery in town and I was apprehensive when I visited Puss N Boots, but after my visit and my cats stay for 2 weeks I picked them up they looked good....content and just to top it off....they had taken a picture of each cat which I have to this day on my wall. My cat Ippy has since passed and I can still look at his picture on my wall. So, thanks for the great care! I will be going away soon again and I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else. Lorraine

My experience with Qualicum Hardwood Floors was excellent. He was prompt, professional and paid close attention to all the details. Our floors look amazing!. In September 2011 Quinton refinished the floors in our kitchen, living room, dining and reading area. If you are looking for great results;I would recommend him without hesitation.

I had water leaking into my truck shorting out my electrical system. 15 minutes flat Rod had it figured out. This is my go to place for glass and upholstery. Just the laughs we had were worth the trip. Bud worthy.

Big Shout out to Cody and Paul who did a fantastic job of excavating an area of our property that was devastated by last Decembers storm. Not only did they clear, flatten, add six inches of top soil, back bladed our very long drive way they pulled out eight dead cedar trees in a few hours. Great team, fast, friendly, affordable. Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous. I was very impressed with his advice and I will be using his services again on the next boat we look at. Highly recommended.
