I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly.
