Looking for a book to purchase for my nephew and got stuck. Asked a very nice lady who worked in the dept and wow...she was so knowledgable that I went with her choice. But very impressed her knowledge of the books in the dept impressed the guests that were with us. I think her name was either Caren or Clare. I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common.
