very well run establishment . All jobs are priced out on you know what you are paying for before they even start work. they take the time to explain and are more than willing to show you the problem at hand . HIGHLY recommend this auto shop to all other in Haliburton County

Friendly customer service and easy to talk to. Prices are average. They do what is asked and call if anything additional comes up. They are not a perfect repair shop but I am a regular and trust their analysis.

Our trailer breaks module failed while we were on vacation from the US. We left the travel trailer and drove about 30 miles to L & M Ford Dealership and Service. Lisa and Steve were great! They focused on us. After Steve figured out the problem, Lisa ordered the part. The next morning Steve put it in! Thank you for the special attention and quickly getting us back on the road.
