They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!

I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. 2009 Toyota Marix E & ROB: July 12, 2018: The 2 Express Technicians at Crown Toyota located at1717 Waverley Street in Winnipeg, MB. Best service ever and went beyond with an abundance of patience. I insisted on a tip but they consistently refused saying that for them it was all about customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to change a rear brake bulb which should have been a simple 5 minute job but was not. Had to remove 4 panels & took them at least 20-25 minutes. Thanks guys; Y

One of the best repair shops in the city. Maurice took my car for a drive and figured out what was wrong with it right away. Very honest with parts pricing and shop hours. Did not try to upsell me or anything. Excellent customer service as well. They were referred to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Will definitely be my first option for my car repairs. Highly recommended.
