I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

Dr David Sharer was my denturist when he was in Oshawa. I came all the way from Oshawa just to see him, as I needed a relining of my upper denture. He did, as usual, an amazing job. They fit perfectly now, and my mouth is no long hurting me...I would go back again in a heartbeat...He is friendly, courteous and very professionl...

I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.
i definitely recommend them as a family dentist, Dr. Awad is amazing dentist, very caring and kind. he is the one who saw me that day.

Tony Wise is amazing! The care and attention he spends with each customer is unparalleled. There was a time when he was fixing my young child’s glasses every week because my boy was so hard on them playing sports etc. He even fixed my brother’s glasses when my brother was visiting us from Calgary. My brother hadn’t even purchased his glasses from Tony but Tony wouldn’t accept any money for fixing them! Tony know what frames look good on a person and the quality of the glasses is excellent.
