I was referred to Johanne about 1.5 years ago. I saw her more than a dozen times over the course of about 9 months and now see her for regular follow-ups, every few months or as needed. I have found her to be extremely gentle when working internally as well as externally. She has been recommended to many of my friends who have also had great success. Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.
