Awesome store. Lots of cool instruments. Prices are good. However there is One young thin guy, don't know his name was a real asshole with an attitude and I felt like pulling him over the counter and beating him. He should be fired. Rest of staff cool people.

Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. Again, attention to detail, to make sure the floor was not damaged and that the piano arrived safe and sound.

My husband who was not a patient before but is certainly going back after such great care, was in extreme pain. Not only did they accommodate my husband on short notice- both dr Kmet & dr Morris actually worked through their lunch to fit him in. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. The people there are really nice and I know it is a real pain for them and they don’t get anything out of it. A big thank you to them!!!!
