Well Julio and his team took those worries away. With patience they found the issues, fixed it a reasonable cost and saved the parts to show me what happened. Excellent work provided by the company over 10 years to maintain my 1982 Honda CB900. They take time to listen to your concerns and diagnose the problem. After the bike had been idle for a couple years I initially ventured to other nearby shops before taking my issues to Performance Cycle. Sean, the mechanic, suggested a fuel additive that rectified a carb problem where others wanted $500 to tear it apart. He also dissuaded me from additional unnecessary work which was counter to recommendations elsewhere. Can't say enough about that !
And, I don't know why I went anywhere else to begin with.

Ok I just had to share because I am the happiest mama ever!
I just had Pride detailers come
And clean my car and it feels like a
Brand new vehicle. I have had my car detailed before and was always disappointed. I just looked over my vehicle after Pride cleaned it and these guys did not miss a crumb. And, let's be real, there was a butt load of crumbs/spills/dog hair/food/whatever else. Will definitely be calling again!

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

I went to Western Pride for the first time this morning. I had hoped to get my inside of my car detailed, but realized when I got there that I needed to book an appointment. Looking humorously not dressed to clean a car with a blouse and dress pants, I figure that I would just clean the car. The person there helped me to get the rinse nozzle and shampoo onto the right hose. He even offered to give me gloves given how inappropriately dressed I looked. That guy deserves a raise. So impressed!

My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free!
