I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

We were visiting Kits from Armstrong and our truck started making an obnoxious clunking. These guys were able to fit us in same day, keep in contact to let us know what was going on and we were out the door with a drive-able truck before the day was over.
We really appreciated the help and efficient service. They were also reasonably priced!

It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. Our experience at Penney Auto Body was exceptional. Jonny was pleasant and efficient in quickly sourcing the parts needed to repair our car. He explained the process clearly and scheduled the work within a week of giving us a very reasonable quote. Incredible! I have gone to Amir for 20 years and he has always provided great service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty. This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. These guys operate with honesty and integrity, and I'll be back every time I'm in need of service!

I've had 40+ cars and have only gone to dealerships a few times. I happened to drive by Whitehall Auto sales and I'm glad I did. Bob is amazing. I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer.
Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection!
We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
Thankfully, Andreas and the Premier Auto team compensated us a portion of the bill (about 40%) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Learnt our lesson!
