I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. At the start of our hunting trip I hit a rock and split the side wall on my quad tire .I needed a quad tire and they happen to have one the size I needed. They changed it over to my rim in 15 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable price. I was able to continue hunting and were very successful. I was very pleased and amazed at the depth of their service.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Blockbuster came out right away and fixed it. They were efficient, polite, quick, and explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it. I have no complaints and feel good about the whole experience. Good job!
