The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. Was so lucky to have found Orca Pool & Spa! My hot tub was in pretty gross condition, seeing more in it's short 3 year lifespan than any hot tub should ever have to see, and Mike fix and restored it to pristine showroom condition again.
