I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session. I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year). I cannot say enough good about Amherst. The staff is incredibly kind and highly professional. Our little dog, Casey, received the most gentle treatment and plenty of treats. When she became sick with mitral valve disease, Dr. Wark was always available and diligently cared for her. Casey did die, but, we are so thankful that her last months were filled with love. Amherst was a great support and continues to be as we nurse our 18 year old cat, Tiger, through her golden years. Dr. Yuen is making sure that Tiger enjoys every one of her nine lives. There have been several times where my heart was broken and I thought it was the end, but, through highly capable diagnosis, we still have our little girl. I can call anytime and come dashing in a minute before closing and I am always greeted by the kindest front end staff I could ever hope for. Amherst has been a part of our family for so many years and I could not be more grateful for the journey we have been privileged to share with this top-rate veterinary clinic. Lire plus
