I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location. These guys are pretty creative too; that's what really surprised me - they seem to be able to take ideas and run with them which is great because I don't have the time to do that myself LOL.

My Westie Nellie tore her claw while running in the back yard. Her back paw started bleeding immediately. Took her to Bayview Animal Hospital and they were fully booked and short staffed that day. When they saw how much her paw was bleeding, the vet tech quickly bandaged up her paw while the receptionist fed me phone numbers of emergency vet clinics where i eventually found one who could see her. She is now bandaged up and recovering . Thanks so much to Bayview for being so incredibly kind!
