I booked my tax apt thinking my taxes from last year would be straight forward and an easy process. Turns out I forgot I went to school to two different places and paid tuition (lol) so the process took wayyy longer than expected but Breda handled it like a pro! Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. I dealt with Mr. Haidle last summer to assist my mom with notarizing the WILL of her belated husband. Mr. Haidle and his assistant were very helpful, comforting and accommodating throughout the process. Very affordable. Even though there was a line up on a Saturday morning we only waited 5 or 10 minutes to be seated. Service was polite and quick and our food came quickly. It was fantastic. My husband's Belgian waffle was huge! The prices are quite reasonable. We had a great experience.
