I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Met the owner, Vito, many years ago. Community guy. Committed to honest service. Took time to look at my car, helpd me get part o transmission replaced through my dealership. He didnt charge me a dime for the time. Gave him blue jays tickets as a thank you. Never met a more honourable mechanic. Lucky to have him in the community.

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.
