I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

We stopped in the other day to get a new computer. They diagnosed our needs and let us know our options! Now we are proud new owners of our macbook pro! We will go back for all our accessories.

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. We were deciding on pc or mac, and ran into chris. he was quick to show us what made apple special, he matched our needs with our wants and found a great computer for us both. Recently we attended a wedding at this location. I must say that this was a great event, the decor was amazing, the staff friendly, the front desk was really helpful with pointing us in the right direction. They even let us check out late as the big event kinda wore us out!
I would recommend this to all of our friends!

My cell phone's touch screen was starting to go, and certain portions of the screen were no longer functional, emailed for a quote, and took it in.
Less then 24 hours later, they called me at the office telling me it was fixed. I came in picked it up and everything was working great! Well worth the $133 something dollars I spent!
