5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

VillaMay is an incredibly unique location, with its impressive villa, as well as beautiful gardens and grounds. The vacation rental apartment/suite is lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager was welcoming and very helpful too. A great venue for weddings and events, but also perfect for our quiet vacation rental. The tranquil country location is within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions in Sooke and Victoria, BC. VillaMay is very highly recommended. We loved it!

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and well decorated apartments. With a cleaning service every day!! All the advantages of a hotel and the comfort of a home. Very well located, walking distance from the city center and Stanley Park. It was worth every penny.

Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. I saw a huge change in him so decided to go myself & I am so glad I did. Ladies at reception are really friendly & they always have the appointment time I need! Highly Recommended!

I was recently treated by Dr. M. Reskovich for an emergency tooth extraction. The extraction was of a molar and turned into a full surgical procedure, including bone augmentation. This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Very first phone call to West Coast Denture Clinic, was very warm and comforting, Went in for my First Visit today, and that comforting snd warm feeling was enhanced by 10 with the nice smiles and reassuring attitude with care and comfort!!!! Highly recommend, this place is far away from my residence and theres at least 20 denture businesses on the way!! This is worth the drive..... Thank You So Much West Coast

I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one! If anyone needs anything he can provide PLEASE support him! I cannot stress enough how simply amazing and incredible his service is!

Last week I had an appointment for a denture adjustment with Dr. Vignault but a few days before the appointment I also had a molar that was bothering me. It was going to be extracted in the future but it was bothering me now. I asked Dr. Vignault if he could take care of it as I walked into the appointment. He said no problem and had it out within 15 minutes with absolutely no pain. He took care to surface numb the area first where the needle for the freezing was to be injected so I did not feel it go in. Previous dentists I have gone to never did this and I always felt the pinch of the needle which was to me the worst part. I felt no pinch and no pain when the tooth came out. I actually didn't know it was out until he told me it was. I appreciate the fast service and care. Thank you.
