Staff exceptionally well trained in product knowledge. This store has cheerful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help the customer.
not so with other competitors in the area and their prices are well priced in the market place. fantastic range of special dietary products and the store is well set out.

I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. This service is amazing! I used to have a hard time getting my mom to the doctor because she has trouble walking. Ever since we heard about this business, the family has been so relieved to know she's well cared for. My mom even fell at home one time and Jessica was there within 15 minutes, so we didn't have to call 911. Jessica even checked up on my mom throughout the night and the next day to make sure she was OK. This service is worth every penny!

We purchased a villa with a old outdated jetted tub. The tub was in good working order however, the color was a dated yellow/cream color. So we looked for alternatives to give this old outdated tub a face lift! Harry was extremely organized and this crew who performed the work were very professional, punctual and cleaned up after they were done. We are extremely happy with how the tub turned out! It's like a completely new tub. I would highly and without hesitations recommend Blackstone!
