As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

Due to ice build up, the eavestrough on our home partially parted company from the roof. I had heard about Sambor from someone who was pleased with their service. I called and within several days had an estimate. The service personnel came on one of the coldest days and installed new eavestrough, fixed a hole in the roof caused by rodents. The window repair man was fantastic. Service +++++

had a bad beginning with the attendant at the computer side until later on as the shifts changed(I think or lunch break) and this guy Hussaun(i think thats how the name was spelled on the tag on his shirt) he offered great customer service.Kudos to him, and may he keep up, thanks for help.
