Experienced and knowledgeable people made me feel very much in safe hands and I felt very confident with what they were doing. I came in to do an Amazon return. I was unclear about the steps and did not bring the QR code required. Luckily the staff were able to sort it ou for me. Special shout out to Codee who patiently problem solved the tedhnidql difficulties being experienced by this senior citizen. It was a very positive experience and I will be back.
