This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Excellent customer service, fantastic mechanical proficiency and excellent pricing. The owner went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to the highest standards - even over the busy holiday season. Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!
