Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered. I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support!
