Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!
