Great customer service. They always get back to me very quickly if there is ever an issue and there delivery guy was good too. Was here when they said he would be and put the water in the back corner for me so I didnt have to do any heavy lifting. Love that I actually get to speak to a person here instead of a recording all the time! Thank you Water Pure & Simple!

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

Well, I had an unfortunate experience that I needed to call a towing company to pick up my specialty vehicle with a flatbed truck to take it to another awesome company in Leduc to do a quick service to my vehicle. I called Vintage Towing and they were able to get me on my way in a very timely manner with an awesome operator, Charles, who took care of of my needs and my ride, and got me dropped off at the Fountain Tire in Leduc. James is fantastic. He can tell you the difference between models of tv's, soundbars, cd players, pretty well everything. How they work, what they work with. He is unbelievable. James was able to help me on the phone after he finished work. I don't know much about new technology but he walked me through everything. The best sales person ever.

Went to Vida Bar & Grill last night for a family birthday gathering. We tried many different dishes which were all absolutely amazing. You have to try the Tres leche for desert. The prices were reasonable, the service was exceptional and it was a great atmosphere. They've also done some recent renovations since the last time I was there. The friendly staff and management made us feel at home. We will definitely be back to Vida!!!

Great sports store!
I’ve been going here for years for all my skate sharpening needs and all of my bike tune-ups. Always quick, and super knowledgeable and friendly.
This place is HUGE and has just about every sport under the sun. I picked up a pair of snowshoes here the same day that I picked up some new basketball shoes and a new Edmonton Oilers jersey.

Really polite and respectful salesman. Easy to talk to, knows what he's doing. Great selection of products. Installation was well done. A few problems with the baseboards and the flooding of the floor, but he was on the ball and we ended up receiving a discount. Quality of the work was great and didn't take too long putting it in either. Overall good place to work with.
