Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.
