Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

I have been going there for years and have always found all staff professional, friendly and accommodating to my needs. They have a wide variety of frames and accessories to choose from and their goal is definitely customer satisfaction! Super high quality lenses means scratch free for years. And all the compliments you’ll get !! My senior citizen mom flew from the coast to pick out her new fun frames. We’ve been going to Rena for years, sending all our friends. Need eye glasses or sun glasses? Go see Rena. She rocks! Weekend appointments available.

Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.
