Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind! He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. This company far exceeded our expectations and simply made our day in moving my elderly in laws, both 95 years of age, such an easy and wonderful experience. Their home was lovingly moved and then set up so all they and we had to do was walk in and enjoy. Barbs expertise shone through as she worked with dedication and detail to see each time we requested to be moved was cleaned and displayed like it had been there for years. I found some Maui Jim sunglasses on the internet, then asked The Eye Shoppe if they could order them. The service rep said they would with no obligation to purchase. I loved the one pair and they ordered my progressive prescription sunglasses. They arrived within one week and are lovely. With a few minor adjustments they fit beautifully.
