Finally found someone who cares about his customers! After many years of trying to find someone to repair some small blisters in our hot tub, we were given Chris’s number. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. He arrived on time (driving out of town), explained how he would fix our problem & completed the job to our satisfaction. That’s hard to find today! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glen Campbell Of Action Appliance for the past twenty years. Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. He goes out of his way to ensure his appointment leaves as little disruption to your life as possible. I have always found his work to be completed in a timely manner, but more importantly only the work required is completed.
