I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I was looking for place to fix and repair a very extensive scratch on my car. The level of service from the owner himself is fantastic. He walked me thru the process of repairing the paint job and showed me the interior of his shop. He has a great crew of talented skilled workers and managed to get it done earlier than expected.
