Roy showed up, and on time to quote our eavestrough replacement (which put him well ahead of the three others I called, two of whom didn't even show up and one who arrived 90 minutes later than we'd arranged). He was thorough and professional, did the job when he said he would at a price that was reasonable and fair, and cleaned up the site beautifully.

This is a great salon with lots of parking. But the best things are their super stylists and great prices. The first time I went there, I just walked in and they fit me in with very little wait. I always make an appointment now so I can be sure to get Monika who does my hair so well. I have very thick, wavy hair that is hard to cut and style but I have been very happy with it after Monika did it. She managed to give me a style that I could easily do myself. I'm so impressed with her.

I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

Gammage is located in a beautiful century old home with ample parking and is centrally located in London. I have used them on a number of occasions and have always heard from the people receiving the flowers that they were unique and exotic. I recently ordered flowers for a funeral, specifically asking for a "non funeral" type of arrangement. At the funeral I was able to view what had been created - the arrangement stood out from all the other arrangements. It was a gift to the family something they could take back and enjoy further in their homes. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary I would highly recommend Gammage for any occasion.

The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. We are very pleased with the awesome service provided.
