Friendly, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable, extremely professional. Rich took time out of his weekend to come and give us an estimate. He was the only one of a few that we called that called back right away and after 5 minutes with him, regardless of cost, we knew he would be doing our roof. His price was competitive and we know that we could not have got the quality of workmanship for anything less. We are having him do our eaves troughs now that the roof looks so nice. I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring.
