I recently purchased my 3rd hot tub from Sandy and his fine personnel. There was no need to look elsewhere as I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with my past purchases from Splendor. They know you by name when you walk thru the door and treat you like family . Service has been exceptional from warranty work to good advice , Quality has been excellent and trouble free. I did take my older vehicle a few years ago to them and they were able to fabricate the necessary parts then and this time they fixed my system in a timely fashion and it is nice to have a trusted spot to take your vehicle for service. Don recently completed a home inspection for me. He took his time, answered all of my questions with accurate and informative answers, suggested updates to be completed within the dwelling as well as squeezed into the crawl space under the house to inspect the structure and ventilation set up. Upon completion of the inspection I promptly received a detatiled report of the inspection with all findings, pictures and recommendations within 24 hours via e-mail. This was the second home inspection that I received from Don and I would highly recommend his service due to his credentials as wells as his dedication to delivering the best service possible. He was detailed and unrushed in his inspection and explained every step of the way what he was looking for as well as his findings.
Don is knowledgable about building codes and past along any potential infractions / recommendations within the report as well.
