Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. Went in to get my door repaired after someone backed into it. Service was very friendly, and they helped answer all sorts of questions not only about the repair itself, but about insurance. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The finished result was great, and they cleaned the car to almost new condition (I forgotten what my dash looked like without the dust). Great service, highly recommended!

I second the opinion of 'awesome'. I have been a customer of this shop for about 20 years. Never been disappointed. This shop can service just about any car or truck - even my 'ancient' BMW. They never do more than needed and are reasonably priced.

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!

I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. After doing most of the work over email, Scott showed me all of the features in great detail and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I would easily recommend these guys.
