I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. It was our first time at the restaurant. We went there because one friend went there before and loved it. Me and my wife decided to try 2 brazilian dishes they do as specials: Picanha - a brazilian steak - and feijoada - black beans stew with diverse pork meat. I never tried something like that before! The picanha was very soft. The feijoada tasting very good because of the smoked pork meat. Both plates came with something called "farova" - I think it's the way they spell it. It's a manioc flour with meat and veggies. Very different! Our friend ate F. Mignon and he liked it.. I tried the sauce, very good. Next time I'll try the gnocchi with the same sauce. Lire plus

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Parkway.We were there for 4 nights from July 4-8. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. We only had breakfasts in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. One of the indoor pools was being repaired so we did not see it. The other pool (Sheraton section), however, was crowded on the nights we were there. This might have been because the other pool was closed, I guess. All in all, a great hotel! Lire plus

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic Lire plus

I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them! Lire plus
