Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! Resonance Hearing Clinic - this clinic delivered everything thing that they promised to do (one competitive all-in up front cost, improved hearing, 3 years of outstanding clinical support so far (e.g., checkups, device support, etc.) - with no apparent end) AND at the end of my first 3 years (usual device warrantee period I believe) I received a huge unexpected delightful hardware orientated bonus that is likely not matched by other clinics - particularly the corporate ones.
