As a Real Estate Broker I have many immediate needs being in the selling homes business. Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

Woke up one morning sweating because my A/C was not working. I called Bill's because they installed a new furnace in my home last winter. Within 2 hours he called me and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Very fast turn around time! Bill came in found the issue and got a part from his truck and quickly fix it. Very good service from Bill. I highly recommend him.
