Exceptionally friendly, informative and accommodating! My son has autism as well as severe anxiety with all things dental and Dr. Cook and Cheryl took the time to calm and relax him! He actually wants to go back for his future appointments. The 2 ladies up front were just as wonderful to deal with. I cannot fully explain my appreciation and gratitude towards all the staff and Dr. Cook.

After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. I booked an Inspection with Alberta Chimney Sweep and the Inspector walked me through the whole process, I had alot of questions and he took the time to explain them in a way I would understand. There was some repairs needed,and he showed me what needed repair. Also he made me drawings so if I wanted I could get someone else to do the repairs or do them myself. This company was very professional in helped me through email and over the phone to make sure my repairs were done correctly, as I did the repairs myself. They didn't charge me a cent for helping me. Needless to say I am very happy with there service.

I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. I have to say, that in the last 24 hours of hospital stay for my husband, I have been overwhelmed by the courtesy, kindness, friendliness and total care give to him and myself. He went in very ill, it was handled with fast efficient care, and the doctor that worked with him several hours this morning after his quitting time, was exceptional. I hope I never hear a negative about the emergency care in this hospital because they went above and beyond for us. A huge thank you to you all.
