Experienced and knowledgeable people made me feel very much in safe hands and I felt very confident with what they were doing. Very awesome. I reserved my room online and booking in was smooth. They in formed us ahead of time for the extra person charge and how much they were putting on hold on my card. The room (king size suite) was clean and spacey and the bed lived up to the company name. You got a choice of soft or firm pillows to use and they stored extra pillows and blankets if needed . The room was hot but once we figured out the AC/Heater we were set. The water pressure in the shower is definitely not a gentle rain, which is great for sore muscles and headaches. They have a pool and a fitness room unfortunately the convention I was attending didn't leave me much time to check those out. All in all, a great hotel completely recommend!
