I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. The owner, Carole, is delightful to chat with and is clearly very passionate about helping her customers create beautiful paper crafts. Wow factor, for sure!
